Our in-house showcase, Arcolab's Got Talent, was a thrilling celebration, showcasing the vibrant talents our incredible employees bring to the table. The event featured remarkable performances encompassing dance, song, poetry, folk portrayals, and various other exquisite talents. It's these moments that unveil the treasure trove of talent simmering within our team. We were purely delighted and spellbound by the spectacle! Our judges, Pratheek Poojary and Dr. Sahana, added their flair to the festivities, making it an unforgettable showcase of fun and delight.

The Arcolab Badminton Tournament recently unfolded as a vibrant display of teamwork, with enthusiastic participation from employees across diverse departments. As the shuttlecocks flew and the courts resonated with energy, cross-functional teams emerged, uniting individuals from different spheres of the organization. The tournament featured an array of matches, including singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Beyond the racquet and shuttle, this event symbolized the spirit of unity as employees bridged departmental boundaries, forged new connections, and showcased their talents in the spirit of healthy competition and collaboration.

This is an annual event observed at Arcolab, where employees are encouraged to bring their children to the office or workplace. The primary goal of this day is to give children a glimpse into the professional world and expose them to various careers and industries. This day aims to inspire and educate children about the world of work, foster a sense of pride and understanding in parents' professions, have fun through the games and activities we plan and strengthen the sense of community within the workplace.

Diwali celebrations in the office brought a joyous and festive atmosphere, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. Colleagues came together to share in the spirit of Diwali, exchanging sweets, decorating workspaces, and lighting diyas. The festivities not only added a touch of cultural richness but also created a sense of unity among team members.

Our experience at the World Drug Safety Congress Europe at RAI, Amsterdam, was truly enriching. Our team of pharmacovigilance experts included Dr. Gopal Muralidharan, Rahul Nair, and Naveen Kumar. The two days we spent at the conference were incredibly valuable and inspiring. We thoroughly enjoyed connecting with a diverse group of industry leaders and experts, making it a truly memorable event.

A learning journey that has been curated for the young and brilliant professionals at Arcolab to help them build a supportive network for life and smoothly transition into their roles, teams, and the organization. The program follows a blended approach with a mix of classroom based experiential learning and virtual sessions for a holistic experience. The journey comprises of multiple interventions which provide them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviors, to have a defined career path and become an effective contribution to the organization.

Holi celebrations in the office added a vibrant and festive spirit, fostering camaraderie among colleagues. As colleagues came together to celebrate the festival of colours, it created a sense of unity and broke down professional barriers. The exchange of colourful powders and playful splashes not only symbolized the triumph of good over evil but also injected a sense of joy and enthusiasm into the workplace.

We recently hosted a seminar on the topic of "coping with stress and anxiety" to spread more awareness about mental health. The session was conducted in collaboration with Silver Oak Health and moderated by Sweta Narayanan and Neha Dey. Mental health awareness is a critical aspect of fostering a compassionate and supportive society. It involves promoting understanding, empathy, and open conversations about mental health issues to reduce stigma and encourage individuals to seek help without fear of judgment. By raising awareness, we can dismantle misconceptions surrounding mental health, highlight the prevalence of various conditions, and underscore the importance of early intervention and access to appropriate resources.

We organized an in-house panel discussion with our women leadership. We had Debarati Tripathi, Rukmini Giridhar, Stuti Sharma and Priyanka Kulkarni on the panel. The theme of the discussion was 'Women in Leadership’. The ascent of women in leadership roles represents a transformative and empowering shift in the professional landscape. Overcoming historical barriers, women in leadership bring a unique perspective, resilience, and adept communication skills to boardrooms and executive suites. As trailblazers, they inspire future generations and contribute to diverse, inclusive decision-making processes. The panel discussion touched upon various crucial aspects, including diversity, inclusion, gender stereotypes, biases, and networking. The panelists shared valuable insights and diverse perspectives that made for an excellent discussion.
