Shashidhar is the Executive Director & Head Arcolab with effect from July 2018
He has over two decades of experience working with multiple industries like Pharmaceuticals, Telecom, Banking and Insurance. Before joining Arcolab, Shashidhar was the Director with Agnus Capital where he was responsible for handling Business, Operations, Sales and Distribution for India and key international markets -Mexico, MENA, Africa & Europe for a leading Medical device company Skanray.
He was also associated with Mylan as Assistant Vice President – Business & Operations for Europe based out of Poland. Prior to this he was with Aspen Pharmacare based in Latin America spearheading market expansion and growth for Andes Region and in Mauritius as COO setting up and leading Global Supply Chain, Distribution and Business Transition for Global Brands.
His experience also includes working with organisations like ICICI Bank, Vodafone and TATA AIG. Shashidhar has MBA from University of Mysore and earned his Advanced Management Degree from IIM Bangalore.
Dr Gopal Muralidharan with more than 30 years of industrial and academic experience heads the Medical Affairs Function at Arcolab. He has worked in USA for nearly 15 years with American Cyanamid (Lederle Lab) and Wyeth Research, before returning to India as President and CSO of Lotus La, an CRO.
He was the co-founder of Semler Research Canter and served as President and CEO for nearly 3 years, before he started his consulting firm Dakshah Biosciences. His last assignment prior to joining Tenshi Life Sciences in 2017 and Arcolab in Dec 2018 was with Advinus Therapeutics where he served as CTO.
Dr Muralidharan has been involved in development of New Chemical Entities, and Generic molecules during his career and has worked extensively in the area of Clinical and non-clinical research.
He holds bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B .Pharm) and Ph D from University of Saskatchewan, Canada, in the area of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics.
Debarati Tripathi Joined Arco Lab from its inception in December 2018 and leads the IP and Patent strategies across group companies.
She supports business in the areas of API, Finished dosage forms, Parenteral, Biologics and consumer health products by providing them with relevant advice regarding their IP.
In her career spanning 18 years in the Pharma industry, she has spearheaded many differentiated business-tech strategies across various markets. She has worked with both branded and generic pharma companies, the last assignment before joining Arcolab, was with Mylan Labs as Associate Director – Intellectual Property. She has also worked with GSK and IPCA in her career.
Debarati holds a master’s degree in microbiology and Applied genetics and PG Diploma in Patent Law.
Venkatesha N T heads Finance function of Arcolab and is responsible for overall activities of Finance function and provisioning transaction accounting service to Group entities.
He has more than 25 years of experience in core accounting, external reporting, auditing and internal control over financial reporting.
He has been associated with Strides from 1999 and has worked with Larsen & Toubro and Wipro group before joining Strides in 1999.

Sriram Nayak has 22+ years of experience within Finance function and is heading the Project Management and Biz Transformation office (PMO) for Arcolab.
Sriram has worked across diversified sectors including Service sector like Audit firms and Software and Manufacturing sector like Pharmaceuticals and Engineering in various leadership roles across India, US and Asia-Pacific with companies like Ernst & Young, Oracle Software, and Kirloskar Electric etc.
Sriram is a Bachelor of Science and a Chartered Accountant.
Bala (Balakrishnan) currently heads the Information Technology Function of Arcolab. He has 25+ years of IT and Digital leadership in pharma and life Sciences Industry.
Bala has been part of the Information Technology journey of the group companies and has played a key role in the transformation initiatives to digitize manufacturing, laboratory and R&D processes. Prior to joining the group, Bala has worked in Cordell and Yuken India.
Bala has a Bachelor’s Degree in Maths.
Munish is associated with Arcolab as Head CSV since June 2015 and responsible for crucial areas of Computer System Validations and IT QA. He looks into IT Compliance in Enterprise IT Systems like SAP, MES, Track Wise, and LIMS. In addition, he also ensures Digital compliance in Manufacturing Equipment and Analytical Instruments like BMS, CDMS for Manufacturing, R&D and Corporate setups.
Munish holds 25 years of experience comprising of mainstream IT systems, Validations and IT QA in pharmaceutical and worked with companies like Sun Pharma and Ranbaxy Laboratories.
Munish is a commerce and IT Graduate with Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from National Institute of Information Technology.
Nikhil has 22+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition and is heading the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for Arcolab globally.
Nikhil has worked across diversified sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications and FMCG and has been into various leadership talent acquisition roles across India, North America and Asia-Pacific with companies like Jubilant Life Sciences, Telenor, Aircel, ABC Consultants and Pacific Century Cyber Works.
Nikhil is an MBA in Human Resources and graduate in Computer Science.
Arun is currently heading the Performance & Total Rewards function of Arcolab. He has nearly a decade of experience in FMCG & Pharmaceutical industry in Finance and Human Resources. During his professional career he has worked in various domains like Internal Audit, Commercial Finance, Controllership, Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Total Rewards, Performance, etc.
He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI and Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI. He is also certified in Investment Banking and is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Dr. Sathanarayan as the Head – Employee Relations of Arcolab is responsible for Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, building and Corporate Social Responsibility for the group companies.
Dr. Sathyanarayan is a doctorate in philosophy and has experience of more than three decades in human relations and employee relations / engagement activities. He has served in International Airports Authority of India, Calcutta Airport and various units of HMT and BEML. He was in the board of Directors in the Defence Public sector BEML as Director HR. Dr Sathyanarayan is associated with Strides since 2005 and is also the Managing Trustee of Strides Foundation which is the CSR arm of Strides.
He is a life member of various professional bodies viz., NHRD, ISTD, KAPSW and was the Chairman of NIPM Karnataka chapter for the years 2008 -10.
Vijayaragavan R has 23+ years of experience within Pharmaceutical Industry and is heading the Technical Training for Arcolab.
Vijayaragavan R has worked in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Industry, Finished Pharmaceutical Industry and his experience spans API Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Auditing & Technical Training.
He joined Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceutical Limited as a Production Chemist and served in various capacities as Chemist, cGMP Specialist & Quality System Specialist.
He is an Masters in Chemistry, Certified Quality Auditor from American Society of Quality(ASQ) and Certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from KPMG.
Srinivasa Panda has 23+ years of experience within Quality Assurance & Compliance and is heading the Analytical services and Compliance Branding for Arcolab globally.
Srinivasa has worked in various diversified areas in Quality function including Quality control, Quality Assurance, Analytical services department, Audit & Compliance, Risk & Compliance in various pharmaceutical companies like Mylan laboratories (formerly Agila Laboratories), Strides Arcolab, IPCA Laboratories, Suven Life sciences and Dr Reddy’s.
Srinivasa is an M. Pharmacy Gold medallist in Pharmaceutical analysis specialization from Andhra University.
Vinod is heading the Legal team of Arcolab since Dec 2018 and has 14+ years of experience.
He started his career in researching and assessing statutory compliances of clients across various industries. He joined Strides in 2011 and has handled dispute resolutions, arbitrations and IP Infringement matters in various jurisdictions.
He has vast experiences in handling Mergers and Acquisitions, Crisis Management, Commercial Contracts in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare space and has been instrumental in various M&A and cross-border transactions with footprints in 12+ countries including USA, Europe, Australia, Singapore, South Africa and Canada.
Vinod is a Law Graduate from Bangalore University and B.com from University of Madras.
Sukumar has over 28 + years’ experience in managing facilities and administration and has been with Strides group for over 10 + plus years now handling Global administration.
Sukumar has worked in various industries like Hotel, Travel, IT, ITES, and Pharmaceutical and has been associated with companies like Quality Inns, Hical Magnetics, First ring India Pvt. Ltd. (now first source India), Porgeon ltd (Infosys BPO), Quest Global, and Velankani tech park.
Sukumar is a B.Com graduate and Diploma in Hotel, travel and tourism. He is also a member of ISHRAE, FM zone, CE worldwide and INFRA.
